If you're a new client and report a repair through our automated system, we'll promptly contact you to discuss the details and offer a quote for the required work. Just click on the “Report a Repair" box and fill out the brief maintenance request form. This will allow us to quickly reach out to you and offer assistance.

Through this system, we swiftly diagnose issues, log and schedule maintenance tasks, closely monitor our contractors, and promptly dispatch the appropriate professionals to address your needs.
Please note that until a request is logged through our online system, we're unable to dispatch assistance. However, once your issue is logged, we'll promptly get in touch to discuss the next steps and, if necessary, arrange for a contractor to visit your location.
Logging maintenance requests through our portal typically results in quicker resolution compared to reporting via telephone or email. Additionally, all emergencies should be reported through the portal.

In the event of an out-of-hours emergency, please log your issue as usual. Once logged, please call our number at 0113 2042900 and select the maintenance department. Your call will then be directed to our out-of-hours maintenance services for assistance.

If our contractors are unable to complete the task within the agreed timescales, please notify your Property Manager promptly.
